The NCFE CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools will allow you to develop a firm understanding of the knowledge needed when working directly with children and young people in school environments. The Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools covers children and young people’s development, safeguarding their welfare and communication and professional relationships. The Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools is suitable for learners working in senior roles that support pupils’ learning in primary, secondary or special schools.

In order to qualify for the program (Awarding Body Registration) you will need to make the payment of £119 and submit a completed application form which will be provided to you. This form should be provided to us within a month of enrolment along with the following;
Upon submission of the documents your application will be reviewed. If you fail to meet the entry requirements of the program your application will not be accepted.
Those hoping to take this course would benefit from working or volunteering in a school environment as you will need to demonstrate the relevant knowledge and skills. This is not compulsory, but is recommended.
The learner must achieve 11 mandatory Level 3 units, totalling 32 credits. There are no exemptions, barred combinations or equivalent units.
The Certificate requires 32 credits. Credits from the Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools can be carried over and counted towards the Certificate.
The Award will be assessed by your Tutor or Assessor using a range of methods. This could include direct observation in the workplace, a portfolio of evidence, written assignments or a task.
Additionally, £191 is charged for your assessment and certificate. You need to pay this when you are submitting your assessments only (It is not required to pay initially when you are registering). This payment can be paid in installments when you are submitting your assessments.
If you pass the exam successfully then you will be awarded a NCFE CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools certificate.
This qualification provides the learner with the opportunity to progress to the Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools and into the workforce.
