This course will address the many ethical and legal concerns in the current business world. You will be provided with a comprehensive understanding of the ethics in business, ethics in practice and the sources of law, after whichthe course curriculum will shine light upon litigation and how to recognise it. This course aims to cover various aspects of business ethics and laws and hence, will also guide you on how to ethically and legally deal with contracts and the related parties.
Once you are thorough with the employment law and dismissal, this course will enlighten you on the various forms of business organisations such as limited partnership, sole proprietorship, entrepreneurship and general partnership. The characteristics of organisational ethics will also be given due attention to show you what it takes to conduct businesses in an ethical and legal way.
The Quality Licence Scheme, endorses high-quality, non-regulated provision and training programmes.
