Course Description:

Those working in an administration or reception role will often be promoted once they have sufficient experience, so it’s a good way to get your foot in the door of your chosen industry. We provide a course which will give you practical knowledge and training in the fundamentals of administration and reception. Understand the role itself, and learn all of the skills needed. You will be trained in word processing, spread sheets, PowerPoint and other relevant software. As well as this, you’ll understand the relevant office and admin tasks and will be able to deliver excellent customer service.

Those who successfully pass this course will be awarded a Office Administration Diploma. Anyone eligible for certification will receive a free e-certificate, and printed certificate.

    Mostly good: accessible, straightforward to understand, but giving enough detailed info to make you think you are learning. However, sometimes more detail on "how to do it" rather than "what you have to do" would have been good. Also, three enquiries about how to access support materials (as advertised) went either unanswsered or unsatisfactorily answered. I still have not received them.

    Interesting set of videos to help you understand more about digital marketing for beginners. But the module books were below standard to understand, with very little detail about topics covered. The exam was also multiple choice and require very little effort for achieving an Advanced Certificate in Digital Marketing Essentials. .
