Therefore, one has to be thoroughly educated and skilled to take on this challenge and this Diploma in Nursery Management – level 4 Certification has been designed to do just that. Effective communication has to take place in order to convey issues within the nursery and to arrive at solutions and hence, this course will enlighten you on how to promote effective communication within the nursery. The early years foundation stage that sets the standards for the learning, development and care of children from birth to five years will then be discussed, along with an insight into how to observe and assess the nursery setting and how to market your nursery to prospective customers.
