This Diploma in Business Management – Level 5 (USA Standards) is all you need to build on your existing business management knowledge to make great progress within the corporate world. Make sure you have completed our Level 4 course in business management or any other qualification at level 4 or above before taking this course, and watch how this course trains you to think, work and conduct yourself like a manager.

This course will first teach you all the skills and knowledge needed for business management and then guide you on how to apply this knowledge in the real business world. You will learn about change management, teamwork, team building, strategic management and many more that are essential within a business environment. This course will also walk you through how to conduct effective meetings that ensure the contribution of every participants to achieve a certain conclusion.

It is important for a manager or a business owner to be well versed with the financial aspects of his/her business to manage the business accordingly. Therefore, this course has dedicated certain modules to educate you on the finances, cash flow, cost controlling and other areas of business finances, along with an insight into strategic decision making that is important for the performance of your business or organisation in the long run.
