This professionally narrated course will address the many ethical and governance concerns in the current business world. You will be provided with a comprehensive understanding of the ethics in business, ethics in practice, corporate governance, codes and CSR, after which the course curriculum will shine light upon the role of audit and internal audit.

This course aims to cover various aspects of business ethics and corporate governance and hence, will also guide you on how to apply basic principles while making business decisions. The characteristics of organisational ethics will also be given due attention to show you what it takes to establish corporate governance in an ethical way.

The Quality Licence Scheme, endorses high-quality, non-regulated provision and training programmes. The completion of this course alone does not lead to a regulated qualification but may be used as evidence of knowledge and skills gained.
