Overview

Mental Health care refers to the services that are provided to treat mental illnesses or to improve a person’s overall mental health. It is crucial to be aware of the mental healthcare facilities available to get into or progress within the healthcare industry, and this Diploma in Awareness of Mental Health Care – Level 3 has been developed to do just that. This awareness program will enlighten you on mental health care and its importance within the society, provided you have a qualification at level 2 or above in a related disciple.

This comprehensive course will thoroughly walk you through the legal, policy and service framework in mental health. You will get to learn about mental wellbeing, mental health promotion and mental health interventions, followed by modules that will enlighten you on the key strategies that promote mental wellbeing.

Any disorder that causes mental health instability is termed as mental disorders. The most common forms of mental disorders around the world will be discussed through this course, after which the aspects and principles of risk management in mental healthcare will also be given due attention. By the completion of this course, you will have a sound knowledge on mental healthcare to make significant progress within the industry.
