Allergen Awareness will focus on allergies and how and why they occur. Allergens are usually harmless substances that appear as harmful in your body. This causes an allergy. If you want to further your understanding of allergens, this course is a great one to get started on. You will gain a thorough understanding of food allergen laws and why it is important to follow the proper protocols. Learners can take the exam up to 3 times, and if not successful, should repay the course fee and start again.
