Bonus can go up to about £440, commission can go up to £500 and if profit sharing is involved you might get another additional £175 give or take.
Usually, in order to get into the role of a business administrator a degree is not required in the UK, unless it becomes mandatory with the particular organisation or the kind of business administration that you are applying for.
